What to know before you arrive. How to protect your results after you leave.
Applies to all services
Before Your Appointment
These steps apply whether you are coming in for extensions, a lash lift, or a Korean lash lift.
Arrive with clean lashes.
Remove all eye makeup before your appointment. The service includes a lash cleanse, but arriving with mascara, waterproof in particular, can delay or reschedule your appointment.
Stop waterproof and oil-based mascara two days before.
Residue from waterproof formulas does not fully clean away. Two days gives your lashes a clean baseline.
No oil-based products on or near the eyes the day of your appointment.
Eye creams, oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, lotions, sunscreens. Oil breaks down lash adhesive.
Do not curl your natural lashes.
Come in with your lashes as they are.

What Happens During Your Appointment
Lash Extensions
90 min
first appointment
Your first appointment starts with a ten-minute consultation. Patty will confirm your style, look at your natural lashes, and answer any questions before the service begins. If you have concerns or have heard conflicting information, this is when to raise them.
Then you rest. Extensions are applied one by one with your eyes closed. Most clients fall asleep. You leave with a full set the same day.
Lash Lift
~60 min
approximately
No extensions. Your natural lashes are lifted and set into a semi-permanent curl. Patty applies the solution, shapes the curl, and you are done. Can be paired with a lash tint at the same appointment.
Korean Lash Lift
Up to 2 hr
processing time included
A more detailed process than a standard lift, using a different rod system and processing method. Produces a more defined curl that lasts significantly longer. Built for straight or resistant lashes. The extra time is the processing. You rest while it works.
Aftercare
After Your Appointment
Preparation is the same for every service. Aftercare is not.

Extension Aftercare, In Detail
Sleep face up for the first 24 hours.
The adhesive cures overnight. Side sleeping forces your lashes against the pillow before the bond has set. One night on your back protects the full set.
Use a lash shield in the shower.
After the first 24 hours, water is fine. Direct pressure and steam are not. A lash shield keeps the water off. Available at the studio.
Use the rose water lash cleanser.
Oil dissolves adhesive. A dedicated lash cleanser keeps your extensions clean without shortening their life. Most micellar waters and standard cleansers are not lash-safe. Available at the studio.
Brush your lashes every morning.
One pass with a clean spoolie. Keeps them aligned.
No mascara.
Your extensions replace mascara. Waterproof formulas in particular coat the bond and shorten retention.
Book your fill before you lose 50% of your lashes.
Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle. Waiting until most are gone means a near-full set at your next appointment. Come in before that point.
